GR Trans Foundation
The GR Trans Foundation is a local nonprofit dedicated to nurturing and sustaining Trans futures by creating equitable opportunities, removing barriers, and fostering community.
If you’re a Trans person in Grand Rapids, MI, they want to see you flourish, and so do we. That’s why we’re proud to support their mission through round-up campaigns and other fundraising efforts, such as the annual Flourish Dinner hosted in our space.

Grand Rapids Pride Center
Located in the heart of Eastown, the Grand Rapids Pride Center has worked to create positive change for the 2-SLGBTQ+ community since 1988.Our team provides monthly meals for the Pride Center Youth Group and makes donations for fundraising events. We were delighted for Basalt to have been nominated for a Prism Award in 2023.

Eastown Community Association
The Eastown Community Association is devoted to fostering a safe, diverse, and walkable Eastown neighborhood by creating opportunities for neighbors and friends to engage and connect.
Our founder served multiple roles on the ECA board for 4 years, including as Board President. We’ve also sponsored local events such as Bizarre Bazaar & Street Fair and donated our space for other community gatherings.

Kids Food Basket
Kids Food Basket believes that healthy food is a right, not a privilege, for every child and pursues a future in which all children have access to the nourishment that fosters their lifelong health and limitless potential.
In addition to donating packages for silent auctions & holding round-up campaigns, we’re excited to be participating in our 3rd Farm to Table Dinner in 2025 which raises money to support the KFB mission and operations.
